Withstanding all the communications and dissemination carried out in the performance of legal obligations, your processed data shall/may be later communicated to:
factoring and credit recovery companies;
credit institutions;
credit insurance companies;
experts and consultants hired by us and other persons that have commercial or contractual relations with our company within the scope of the working relationship between you and our company;
CCIAA, public authorities and administrations for the performance of various laws;
City, provincial and state administrations, public administrations in general;
Your personal data shall not be disseminated to any entities except those stated herein.
The nature of providing the data
Providing your data is voluntary. However the data controller would like to inform you that if you fail to provide any of the compulsory information this company will not be able to action commercial/contractual relations. If incorrect information is provided, the data controller will not be able to guarantee that the processing is congruous with the contractual agreements for which it has been carried out or that the results of the processing will correspond with the obligations imposed by fiscal and administrative regulations or with the work to which it refers.
You may exercise your rights as provided for in sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 by contacting the data controller (or the data processor, if one is appointed).
